Windermere Realty Trust acquired a building in Northeast Portland to accommodate 90 agents and act as resource for events, gatherings, education and training. Todd Prendergast, Windermere President, was looking for a building that could act as a flagship office for the company while providing an approachable feel for the community.

Norwest understood his vision and Todd soon recognized the elements of collaboration and partnership with his Norwest team.

"George and Jim really embraced the vision from the beginning and were good advisors on how to execute on that vision in a thoughtful way and be mindful of our budget," Todd said.
