When board certified plastic surgeon Robert Tower decided to open a second clinic he selected the new Windward mixed-use development in downtown Lake Oswego. Dr. Tower worked closely with Norwest Contractors and Fluent Design to ensure his new office would offer his patients a tasteful and calming environment for their procedures. Dr. Tower’s surgical skill was mirrored in his attention to every detail to ensure the comfort of his patients.
