After a decade of experience helping patients look as young as they feel certified Nurse Practitioner Yvonne Yan Duan decided it was time to open her own practice. While confident in her professional abilities Yan was inexperienced in design and construction. A dentist friend recommended Norwest Contractors who analyzed a series of locations that considered construction estimates and any hidden costs that could derail Yan’s budget. Once the location was finalized work began in the Norwest DesignLab where Yan could select from a full-range of design and materials options to fashion an aesthetic practice to fit her vision and budget.

to still make my clinic look beautiful.”
