When owners and physical therapists Dan and Melissa Morlan decided to move to a new location it meant tripling the square footage and making room for a round-the- clock fitness facility. The husband wife team had a clear vision of what they wanted but didn’t know if the cost was within their budget. Working in the Norwest DesignLab they discovered the clarity to compare the various options by appearance, performance, and cost enabling them to make the most of their design. Just three years later Dan and Melissa again selected to Norwest to build their Oregon City physical therapy practice.
