THE STORY
After almost 10 years the City’s busiest dermatology practice was showing the age that comes with caring for an ever-growing patient base. Time for a refresh that included a wide-array of new finishes, additional clinic space, and reconfiguration of patient check-in and out.
The multi-phase remodel spread over 19,000 square feet had some important hurdles. First construction could not interfere with patients or their providers which meant working at night. Second night work couldn’t go on too long to avoid interfering with neighboring tenants who started their workdays very early. The project’s successful owed largely to careful planning among the stakeholders and timely and ongoing communication.
